I'm in agreement with Kalyx, but i'm thinking more into background...dragons flying over the sea towards a coastline under a full moon maybe? or even try drawing one sleeping on its bed of gold and treasure in an old dungeon decorated with stone archways and pillars :P

Every time I am like that, I just search in my old stuff and re-do something in my current style knowing that I am better than I was back then

Why not do something interpreting how you feel right now?
Maybe sad...maybe lonely...maybe happy... Then turn it into a situation with animals, and BANG! PROFIT!!!

Mythology is full of great creatures and events to draw.

I agree with the amazing and totally sexy Wisemon! Mythology (if you know any) can be pretty inspiring! XD You can also draw your versions of characters from stories from your childhood, like Little Red Riding Hood, depicted as a robot, and the big bad wolf, depicted as a pop-up virus! X3
