That role is alredy filled by Veemon, X Veemon and more acurately on the buff part, by Growlmon. Veedramon could also fit that role, since Shoutmon is based on him and Guilmon. Plus, Shoutmon is a cyborg dinosaur more than a dragon... at least until we see the card description. There are also many dragon Digimon out there...

I still think AeroVeedramon is the Mon that most fills the big, muscle, dragon requirements.... plus he is not featured much in fan art or fanfics...
I don't mind others promoting their Xros Wars related stuff here. It's a free board. :p
In that case, I gotta say that I'm not too sure about using non-canon digimon in fanfics I write. I like having a base when I write fanatic fiction. I feel sorry for Shoutmon, too, 'cuz Veemon and Guilmon get buffer and bigger and kinda hotter when they digivolve, but Shoutmon just keeps adding more megazord parts instead.
And to some people's surprise, I'm not pro-robot-porn. That's why I insist on making Shoutmon a victim of super-sexy expansion <3
