I also noticed in that screenshot that the art style seems to depict Taiki and Zen with slights abs. Something that I didn't see on 01-04 male kids whenever they're bare. Perhaps that detail indicates Taiki and Zen are much older than Taichi and rest were? Or it's simply just a slight change in art style?

Well, Taichi and Yamato were 11 during Adventure.
Taiki and Zenjirou are in the 7th grade, so I'm guessing they're around 12 or 13.
However, I think the Frontier kids were around the same age, so it's probably just the art style...
Edit: I'm sorry, they aren't hearts over Kiriha's head in the new episode, it's actually a musical note...
Edit again: The text under the picture says "My Taiki".

Yeah, you need to change your settings. The link on the top right, black in this image, is the settings section.

Those three settings at the bottom; Are you over 18..yes. Do you want to view R-18...yes. Do you want to view R-18 Guro...I'm guessing No. Then hit the button at the bottom of the page (not pictured).
Then hit up the Wikipedia pages and copy the Japanese text for the show name or character names and insert it into the search boxes. If you want just the H pics, include "R-18" in your search terms.
A lot of its in your Rule 34 links already, but I think there's more. The Taiki x Kiriha is becoming popular, though I haven't seen anything R-18 yet.
