Ok so it was a saturday night around about 8:20pm. I was hanging around with a couple of mates down on the fields near winlaton and there was this big flash in the sky. It gave of no noise or even a clue of where it came from. the whole sky lit up around us....scared the s*** out of me AND seeing as its near winter it was darker then usual.

well like Aguy said, it could be alians or just some kind of secret weapon that the UN is testing...or maybe it was somekind of intergalatic force from space, and no not alians more like...i dunno maybe it could be something else?
I'm kinda interested, by any chance did you lose time or something when the flash occured? or some kind of strange dream that night? if so PM me or just post it...
i doubt it was the UN or the government.....lightning or aleins are promising....but britain doesn't get thunderstorms in the winter...
