"I'm sure we can get outside the domain automatically if we use the AreaSteal" Mar said, frowning upon any pesimist thought he had, "I doubt Auspex brought any barrier device. No matter how it is and I really hope he doesn't have a GrabRevenge trap or we'd be in trouble" the boy warned, folding his arms. "So... do we carry it out?"
"Guy seems to be all firepower and no brain power. I doubt he thought ahead enough to carry any countering chips." Shadow said, "So long as we're fast enough to get out before he has a chance to stop us we should be fine."

Slash smiled a bit, being able to hear everything his operator could through the PET, Sounds like a good plan. Shouldn't be a problem.

"Okay then, on the count of 3 we execute the area steals." Izuna said holding out her own area steal chip, "One."

Shadow pulled out an area steal from his pack and held it above his PET, "Two."
"Three!" Mar pulled out his own and bellowed: "AreaSteal battlechip in, download!" he said and inserted the chip in his PET.

Pyro flashed for a single second and became normal, Guess they started. Better move east! That's the main road's direction... it's either the exit or the entrance! he thought, then his body flashed a second time and in a blink of an eye he disappeared from sight.
Auspex blinked. Pyroman had disappeared. But there weren't any signs of other Viral Commanders, or some rogue Navi like Foxy, and nothing had moved since they arrived. The Fox Navi didn't log out. Seconds of shock rippled through his body, the sole realization of what  happened sinking in.

Battle Chips.

He laughed. His voice echoed around the cavernous remains of Foxies Domain, sending a shower of posters from their mounts. Even now Leviathan and Slash began blinking like Pyroman, ready to disappear, to scatter away towards an exit with no door. They would've suprised him completely, if someone didn't have an itchy trigger finger

'Two minutes. It'll take two minutes for you three to realize that Necrophylus has sealed the gates to your precious Net Ops. shut.' He said to them. 'I'll even give you a minute to run as fast and as far as desperately as you can go. Then it's tag all over again.'

The Reaper Troops around him gunned their jump-packs. Phosphorus smoke and pen-tip contrails of fire disfigured their shapes in necrotic smoke. Their rifles hummed.

'One minute. You better run fast.'

The Reapers erupted in laughter, thick and maliced through their maskalin visors.
Slash and Leviathan ran, following Pyro's path moving faster than normal thanks to the chips ability.

Knew necrophylus would shut that gate down after a little while, it was only meant to be a temporary one. Leviathan thought, "Don't worry, opening a gate is easy for a Net Savior." She said to confirm that they had and escape.
Quickly noticing that the others had started moving, Kurtz had quickly started to follow them, taking his own bet that'd be the ticket out to safety as he continued to pace after them, his gold armor clanking against the floor. "Hope they know what they're doing.."
Pyro appeared again. He hoped he was outside. But the chip only had managed to bring him next to the last corridor near the exit, "I think I can see it! We're near guys!" he said as he set off running.

A faceless soldier approached Auspex. 'They've passed through the Domain's inactive defenses. We'll lose them.'

He shrugged off the warning. "This Domain is all but eaten away by Necrophylus. The Kurland Forest sits at our doorstep, endless and ancient. If she thinks there's an open door within running distance, she's gravely mistaken, and risks losing everything in turn."

Necrophylus was rotting the remains of Foxies Domain. The facade walls crumbled and sagged with rot. Iron gridworks exposed themselves, sharp, rusted, skin-piercing edges of metal. The floor stank with moss.

"But as generous hosts, the Trooper Foundation can't allow that, can we?" Auspex continued. He thumbed at the Reapers, "Take whatever you need and enjoy the hunt."
Slash came to a stop next to Pyro, Leviathan standing next to him, "Hope you know how to get us out of here."

"Shouldn't take more than a minute or two." Leviathan said walking up to the data wall, "Let's just hope I can do this before our friend comes back." Leviathan said pressing her hand against the wall a blue light emenating from it, "Be done in no time."
"So... what happened while Foxy had me captive?" Pyro asked Slash, totally confused on what had been going on while he was 'unconcious'.
