I was just curious as to what causes each of us to have our seperate fetishes. As I'm sure some of you may already know, I have a thing for lactation, not to mention pregnancies, multi-breast, over-expanding breasts, and hermaphrodites (shemales). As for Waru, he is into water sports, and as for TC, he has his diaper fetish. What I want to know is exactly why or how people have the fetishes they do? Is it part of the psychological thinking or is it something else? Half the stuff I like I've no idea why I like it seeing as how I would never do it in real life, but still, what is the reasons for people having such perverse turn-ons?

I think it has to do with what we were around or what we were watching while beating off for the first time.

Maybe some fetishes are developped, but I think we have different tastes in sex for the same reason we have differing taste in food, or preferences, or whatever. Why do I hate ketchup, relish and mustard while most people do? Why do I not follow sports like some people do?
I think it's just the way each individual is wired.

Fetishes are the natural progression of any society's sexual standards.
When a society has less and less to worry about, such as getting food, shelter, etc, then they have more and more time to endulge and satisfy unusual activities. Heh, straight sex is boring, throw in some leather straps, an extra guy or girl, or some fur, and things start to get more interesting.
Just look at past societies. The Romans had all kinds of giant orgies later on in their duration, along with pedophilia, maybe a couple other things.
I think of it in a Freudian way, wherein your fetishes are derrived from some kind of childhood experiences or stimuli.
Example: You were spanked as a child, and later as an adult, you realize you like spanking others.

I still believe it has to do with childhood and preadolescense, before you start seeing things sexually. Like things you enjoy when you were younger evolve into a kind of fetish.
