Alexis arose from the blast and catch, dusting herself off as the demon exploded across the rooftop. Odd, I wonder what gave an imp demon that kind of power. Was it a very powerful illusion spell perhaps? She quickly leaped over to rejoin her comrades, and retrieve her morning star. "Nice! Hopefully that stirs their boss out of hiding."

Mar grinned to Alexis, "Yeah, you guys really bailed Prisma and I out of that one! Speaking of which," he turned around, noticing the devil tamer had gone, "Where did she go...?" his eyes suddenly widened and, for the first time in a while, turned into reptilian slits as his mouth hung open- he was being pressured by something.

A heavy aura began to pour into the atmosphere surrounding the area, making everyone, even those not heavy on magic-using like Mar, feel the prescence of a powerful being emerging into the physical realm.

"What the hell was that?" gasped the human boy as it was the first time he had ever felt a prescence like this. "It's like an invisible weight trying to push me down, do you feel it too, guys?" he asked.

"Yeah, that cannot be good." Shadow looked around, searching for the source of the strong aura that was bombarding the group, "Think the big bad has finally made his debut."

Does not like: The color pink, small, fluffy cute things, and Ryoji Uzumaki.
Weapon of Choice: His bones, swords and spears.
Abilities: Incredibly strong and fast, and has a high regeneration rate. Can manipulate the density and shape of his bones to make them stronger, or to use them as weapons by ripping/growing them out of his body. Overclocking his regeneration will cause him to regress back into his weaker, shadow wolf form.
Powers:

F'Nerah knit her brows together as she stood up. There was a rather oppressive atmosphere picking up over the demonic 'ground zero', which brought her back to her younger days, when very powerful demons, although scarce and scattered, ran rampant, emitting an aura just like this one. This time though, she wasn't leading battalions of dragons against them amidst a sea of her own flames, she was a supporting cast in a motley crew of makeshift demon hunters. However, she could sense a rather powerful light aura, so the group must have encountered another ally.

"Alright Katt," The human stretched her lithe, athletic body and limbered up before she hitched her waraxe/warhammer hybrid over her shoulder. "Let's go see if the boys need bailing out." She grinned, her magic having replenished itself enough for her to continue on.

Alexis felt the odd atmosphere burden her lithe body with Mar and Shadow, causing her to wince a little before she looked about. "I'm guessing it's their leader, but I don't see him anywhere." She readied her morning star, but she could not pinpoint the source of the wave of power.

"Hm, yes...that is quite odd..." Ereth added as he landed on the building, folding his wings together as he walked up to Mar. "I feel a large magical presence all of a sudden, perhaps that is him? About time he shows his face."

In the center of the city, the swirling dark energies concentrated in one point before a large amount of power started to surge upwards in the form of a pillar. With all three of its liutenants death, the divided fragments of power once again returned to their rightful owner, its form now materializing in the real world's plane of existance.

The dark-purple pillar could be seen from the building's rooftop.

Mar's eyes fixed in that direction, "I think we know where to go now. Quick, if Prisma went on her own, she may not hold a chance!" he said, quickly kicking off the roof, latching onto the wall's descent to begin sliding downwards. Two floors descended, Mar began yelling in pain, "Gah! Friction, bad friction!" his human hands and feet were burning, and he eventually jumped off the building, falling directly to the ground with a loud crash.

He twitched his right leg as he groaned from pain, "No scales... I forgot... again."

"Good, I was starting to get bored with these small fry." Katt grinned as she hurled the small demon she was holding through a nearby window, "Knowing them I'm sure they'll need all the help they can get."

"That's what weapons are for remember?" Shadow asked as he dug his blade into the side of the building to slow his decent, "Works alot better than your own flesh." He grinned as he pulled his sword free of the building and sheathed it.

Alexis soon followed, having chosen to swiftly run down the fire escape before dashing up to her party members. "Careful, hon. Most humans aren't built for that sort of thing." The elven woman gently touched where Mar had burned his hands and landed on his knees, imbuing the spots with some healing magic. "You might have some bruising in the morning, but you should be able to move okay now." She then stood up and looked towards their destination, the pillar of dark energy.

"That's right," Nera replied a little too enthusiastically as she broke into a run. This was rather nostalgic. "And how convenient, the demon's provided a rallying point for us." She smirked as she spotted the pillar, hacking and bashing her way through stray demons on the way to it.
