OOC: Waiting sucksssss.

IC:

Infini let go of F'Nerah and fell to both knees, his claws holding onto the grass below him, gasping, "There shan't be any time for story telling in the near future, demi-human pup. We be afraid our time in this plane is up and any more strain on our shell will cause it to shatter; alas, our Maiden wishes not for that," he said while briefly gazing up at F'Nerah, then returned his stare to the floor, "We need time to recover our energies. Our shell, less, but still does. Our enemy has been crippled but his will has not. A mortal with a fraction of our powers is a dire threat to every living being in this planet, not only to mankind. Our servant Kohryu has been corrupted, thou must all destroy him to save thy world. F'Nerah, our Maiden, thou shalt educate the mortals in the circumstances as they have bore witness to our prescence in their affairs; the decision to protect their own races' existance from then on, is but a choice only they shalt make."

With that, Infini's aura began fading and Mar's wings shrank back to their original size before they folded, retracted and disappeared into their hiding place under the secret pouches in his back. Infini closed his eyes and let his arms hang limp as his almighty prescence left the field and with a big flash, Mar in his human form collapsed forwards, unconscious.

"For now, we shall rest. Our aid will come to you, mortals, know that thou are not alone. Choose what thou shall do wisely."

"Lord Infini..." Julian gasped, having bowed during all the talk from the young god, finding it hard to believe that almighty prescence was indeed the very essence of their lord inside the body of one of their own, "I... I'm so confused..." he said to himself, speechless.

"Infini-kamisama..." Lizzy briefly whispered, her paws held together as she stared the last of Infini's aura to just fade away from sight, "Lizzy-chan saw him... It really was He! Kamisama!" she cheered.

"Hey, what the heck are we supposed to do now? That demented guy's still out there, and he still has Dot with him." Shadow said rubbing his shoulder a bit and stretching out some kinks, "Plus he's pretty much a god at this point, how are we supposed to stop him?"

OOC: Seeing as Ray is incapacitated from posting as far as I've been able to see, I'd like to fast forward an explanation that will fill in every character with the story and thus I'll take control of F'Nerah again as she narrates the important info everyone has to know. Please read with attention as this will have effect in the sequel of this RPG :3

IC:

Terramore had been locked into a holding cell which was appointed to Julian, whereas Elizabeth (Lizzy) had been put in charge of nursing the two human children in a safe room with comfy beds and medicine to keep them healthy and well-taken-care of. They were still suspect of wrongdoing, but they were being treated like they were: Children. The elders had ordered to prioritize their well-being above all else.

After having put the heavily sleeping Mar on a soft matress inside the elders' temple and everyone who had been in one way or another involved in the battle at the top of The Spire was briefed by F'Nerah, later revealed and fully self-introduced as one of Infini's Dragon Maidens, female dragons tasked with overseeing Infini's world and carrying out his direct orders that He would deliver via telepathy; about the current situation. The ritual of the Aeon Dragon was supposed to transfer the powers of the almighty and sacred guardian Kohryu from her spirit to Yue Uzumaki's to task him with 699 years of peacekeeping and the upholding of the covenant of peaceful coexistence between dragon and man kind.

Somehow, and unable to be explained by F'Nerah at the time, Ryoji Uzumaki (Until The Spire's incident under the guise of Ryoji Zheng, later revealed to be a relative of Yue Uzumaki) had acquired the means to not only corrupt the shell of the Aeon Dragon but also to consume Yue's very essence and therefore absorb Kohryu's powers to add to his own, therefore becoming the very physical manifestation of the guardian, whose's conscience has all but been erased, now slave to Ryoji's ambitions and desires. Kohryu's powers are meant to protect, and that was why most of the powers displayed in the hard battle they had all faced mostly were meant to protect himself or those he wished to be protected, rather than be meant for destruction as we was supposedly pursuiting.

F'Nerah didn't have an extensive knowledge on Ryoji's background, but his motives were clear: He wanted the complete annihilation of any non-dragon creature in Earth; a feat which would be normally impossible for a guardian meant to protect to accomplish on his own. The thing was, Ryoji wasn't their only concern now.

F'Nerah had been reluctant to mention it until now, but the true nature of The Spire had never been clear to most, if not any of the modern day people. This building had been erected during the time the first human church appeared, which created considerable and vast friction between religions and therefore caused great grief to many; an otherwise effective way to create newborn powerful demons based on the negative emotions spurring from the idealistic battles and wars. The time this happened, devils formed and eventually their populance spiked beyond any means of traditional extermination. In response to this, the elders of the time decided to construct a monument that would be able to trap demons in it, The Spire. This building contained hundreds of thousands of demons, some of them which would eventually converge and become greater entities and some others that would continue becoming more and more restless to search for freedom. Now, with The Spire destroyed, all these evil natured creatures were free to roam the world.

With Ryoji's own tainted ambitions, it was only a matter of time, as F'Nerah put it, before the devils would begin seeking him out. Those who possess great magical proficiency or enormous amounts of sheer power in their auras are target to the power-hungry demons, and if their will is overpowered by such creatures, then demons only grow stronger by consuming their targets. It was a lose-lose situation, however; either the demons found Ryoji and absorbed his god-like powers for them, or he somehow managed to beat them and use their destructive power to rain his self-righteous judgement over the world. Whichever the case, they seemed to have some time before either would happen; they needed to prepare for what was to come. The possibilities were: To search Ryoji out directly, which would possibly prove difficult without knowing where he went off to, and would be dangerous considering his profficiency with his current level of power, or to search the more powerful and threatening demons to lower the chances of them finding Ryoji.

Both were difficult roads to pursuit, but they had no choice now. They had to act upon the defense of their own lands if they wanted to survive the coming wordly-blight Ryoji and the demons supposed. The first order of business, however, would be to prepare for the pursuit. F'Nerah and Mar, for example, in their weakened human forms, would be unable to prove helpful in either way.

After the lenghty explanation had been done to Ereth, Vook, Kitt, Katt, Shadow and Nero, F'Nerah took a seat down and sighed with much needed relaxation, "Atalacia..." she briefly whispered to herself, trying to refill herself with energy and motivation for the coming adventure they had ahead of them.

Mar was, unlike the rest of them, peaceful-looking. Or at least he looked like he was having a peaceful, repairing sleep on the matress.

There were some questions that still needed answering. How had Ryoji managed to corrupt a ritual so old and supposedly infallible? What had Terramoore's and Ryoji's connection really been? Where had these powerful demons fled to, what kinds of terrors would they bring to the people of the world? What had he done to her and where had Ryoji taken Dorothy to, and where and when would he strike next? It appeared as if nobody knew the answers to these questions, yet, but they would all eventually be responded to in time.

In time.

To be continued.

OOC: Yaaaaaaay. We finished this RPG! We'll have to start the second topic soon. Dull end and bad ending for this RPG, huh? Well. It's up to us to make it better next timeeeee!
