A Health and Fitness Thread???

Well, Hell, I'm the polar opposite of Healthy.

I smoke, eat butter, lard, sugar, a lot of red meat, and almost no vegetables. Yet I'm losing weight because I don't eat that often.

And, I know how to cook, too. Though, if anyone here follows my recipes, they're liable to gain weight. XP

My diet is just about as bad as Cowboy's, except I eat canned vegetables.

And I manage to stay thin via my silly dancing games. Woo!

I cook for myself. I'm a terrible cook and tend to throw up the food, so yeah. I eat normally and hardly work out at all, and tha pretty much keeps my weight in check. But wow, at golden corral I gained like 5 pounds in one hour... >.<

Well, that happens. They have THE BEST fried chicken I have ever had at a buffet. Makes me sad the one in town closed(it's a chinese buffet now. It's...okay.) And I have to drive roughy 25 miles to the nearest one in Stafford.

Mm... haven't had a good steak in a while, and I'm going to make a date with the gym this week along with archery too. :D
