He did the body slam when she was next to his chest (You said she directed the Quick Attack to his chest), so the distance, plus the fact his body is enormous and heavy would make it really hard to evade. Not to mention she can't really be so fast to turn around, hit him on his back and then appear elswhere and heal all at the same time.
