You know If I ruled the world you'd the the lady of the world. As in the most important woman in the world. So you could do it if you want.

So... Who's idea is the best?

It's very difficult to decide basing on only three topics. I can think of at least 200 things to do, and I bet the rest too. I share with the others my concepts about fuel, birth control, population control and such

For starters:

Anyone that dresses up their pet will be beaten by any able-bodied person in the direct vicinity. If you refuse to participate in the beating you will recieve the same punishment.

Police offers will be allowed to use physical action if a suspect is verbally abusive. If a suspect is screaming and swearing at an officer he will in all legal rights be allowed, no required to beat the person.

ANY PARENT WHO HAS A CHILD CRYING IN A PUBLIC AREA AND DOESN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT WILL BE EXECUTED ON THE SPOT BY WHOEVER HAPPENS TO BE CLOSEST! Just because it doesn't bug you doesn't mean you don't have to do anything about it. Smacking of children will be highly encouraged if they are misbehaving in any way. Kid screams, smack him, kid complains, smack him. Be a parent you idiots.

All couples must go through an extensive backround and intelligence check before having children. Many actions can result in the loss of breeding rights.

And of course give all members of SDP seats of power in my new world order along with some other DaD members.

Gather all smokers in a single place: the Australian desert, for example, and never allow them to go outside there. Same for drinkers and potheads. Place incredibly heavy taxes on tobacco, drugs and alcohol goods.

I like this idea, but I have some better suggestions for where to drop them.
1. The middle of the Pacific Ocean with anvils surgically attached to their throats.
2. The center of a live volcano.

Either way, the concept is good. Tell you what, you can be my Surgeon General.

Three things I would do if I ruled the world?

Well, hypothetically speaking, the first thing would be passing laws: Among them would be laws to improve the education quality of schools while also limiting the full scope -- after all, some things need to be up to the parents to teach. This is only one example, but my laws would all be generally aimed towards improving the world while preserving as many personal freedoms as possible. This would be concluded by waiting about a decade to see how these laws play out before the second set of laws went into place.

I would govern the world through councils, from the local level on up to me. Though I would have absolute power, I would not micro-manage every detail, because nobody is good at micromanaging a world-sized dominion. Thus my second act would be arranging these councils. Ideally, it would leave me free to be a leader who can still enjoy personal time.

Thirdly, I would dedicate scientific pursuit to genetic manipulation and effective ways to alter the shapes of people for the long term (gender, furry, etc.). Yup. That's what I'd do.

Like I told you. I would only have you as my other half ruling. You'd complement me. Like that, I don't support killing without reason but I could bet you'd do it. And you may be. Which means you'd be the best female supreme overload of the world.
