Huh, I didn't think about Canada I would have said US and Israel, but I really don't think about it, one way or another.

My bad, Canada has a really low rate. I think of 2003 it was about 5% or so.

For a while, canada (Except Quebec) and the U.S. were similar,but the rates dropped far morerapidly up here than in the U.S.

I think Unknown might have a simple syndrome of ubertightywhityitis and it could be helped and save you from nasty chaffing and other things that can reduce sperm count. Lo and behold I give you the boxer briefs Now to protect your cherished nibs and bits! xD lol
