Yes, I prefer to see pleasure/rapture on their faces, pain is just a turn off I guess even if it isn't real.

However, hentai seems to be very accepted, so from what I read, it'd be even more accepted if it was different. There's someone out there who's consuming lots of that painful looking porn. So they do because there's nothing else, or is that what they like?

I'm going to assume that noone really cares. They want it, they get it, regardless of the girl's face.
Personaly, that is a turn off.
