A blackout allows me to move in the cover of darkness without being spotted by others until I attack.
And as for the "12", I just found it to be catchy. I can easily spin off others on demand as well, such as Blackout13, Blackout14, Blackout15, etc..

No problem. Me and ghost sometimes have kind of a antagonistic thing between us. He annoys me and I tell him he does.

Well just don't flame him like we used to when he first joined. That was pretty bad and I feel lame about it..
