Nope. It's fun. What else is there in living if I can't enjoy it? If you were me, you'd do what you can to cope with your afflictions, and enjoy whatever trace of sunlight life gives you, that, is what I live for right now. My life.
Oh, and I once considered being a nudist or not. I picked no though.
