I do streaking just for liberation....... I feel free naked outside.... I like it a lot.

Nope. He's just extremeley mental. But he would do it too. He's done it dozens of times. And it's bloody cold here- like -15c

I had a bet similar, but mine was dive in the lake during winter, then my friend had to do it and I stole his clothes
