If your talking about pubic hair the reason I would shave it would be because it gets caught..when...the foreskin comes up and it pulls on the hair as I walk..that good enough reason?

But most guys have been circumcised shortly after they were born so they don't have that problem. I'm glad I'm not one of them though.
