I happen to know a professional. One of my coworkers is a low-carder in the UFC in the 185 pound weight class, but he's looking to go down to the 170 pound weight class. To get back to cboy's story, that's how real fighters fight. They don't pull out knives and jump on people. They keep their guard up, take jabs and leg kicks when they can, takedown when they can, mount, and finish.
