How long has this been in the capital? I recall seeing the porn and adult themed websites being banned with filters from cybers in the news some while ago. I ask because here, that doesn't happen at all :P

Unfortunately, about a year ago (though I'm not sure). I do know this whole year I've had that nuisance. And yeah, the farther you go from the capital, the less cybers with filters there are. Proof is that I'm at one in the uptown right now.
