then again no.
I take both sides to almost every arguement or other things. ok so we take away the characters and any digi related stuff, that cuts the copyright thing considerably, then again if they found it and tried to sue.
its not my choice however, its up to the admin. and you, along with a few others.

i'm against. and with fred. not only for copyright, but also because you'd also be advertising a porn site. i know the DaD allows some minors (like me) but at least i've hit puberty. we don't need flames and 5yr olds here. although we could use the money, i think its too much trouble to make it this way.

Aside from copyright infringement, that was the main thing on my mind--we don't want too many people knowing about this site.
Would be a terrific idea-- but it's too risky for us. Maybe there's a way to compromise it into something a bit better for us.

Because of what Blue Rover said, he's right, we can't have this site viewed by 5 year olds and then get goverment demands about it having material not suited for children to view.
Do you really think anyone EVER reads the warning before entering a porn site?

Nah, but it's there. We've got one.
well, we do want this site to stay free to the public, thats why the donation is set up. and we could advertise on other sites that have roughly the same thing. also if we do sell then it would probrably to either some adult store or japanese merchandise store. who knows in the follewing year this site will be on one of the top ten or something.
like i said, i take up both sides, and try to bring it agreeable to both sides. and besides now it would be too risky, but in the next few years this site will be perfectly legal.

Well, with the increase in traffic that we can pretty much expect to come from the DHZ, the price of keeping this site up may rise. We do need donations, always....

A possibility is open a site that has no "Affilation" to us and or some other Toei and Bandai product, its all made up artwork or something like our own design and cool slogan shirts......I didn't waste 5 days, 25 pieces paper, and many hours to see nothing.....There has to be a way for us to this, if we put our minds together we can create something like this that would be beneficial for this site......I hope that this would still be a possibility......Lets make it work ^_^
