If digimon are "digital monsters" you could just destory them
with magnetic pulse weaponds or "hipnose" from digimon
tamers.

yeah but hypnos used the juggernaut program in tamers or just hack them with a computer virus (spam)

I think Renamon could fall into the psychological warfare thing, you just can't fight something that hot. Which is why she's the greatest threat to the SDP.
