I am going to be honest. I go about 7 times a week once a day. It helps me not kill people.... although it is loosing it's effectiveness.... :shock:

Well it might be time to increase the doseage .......of times you "wack the bag."
 and I am with gunter I am in double digits........so I picked 7+......It helps me rehabilitant my sprained ankle and the inability to do anything is pissing me off....so yeah......

I recommend plushies or light sockets when you run out of knuckle busting enjoyment, don't use the vaccum hose though, some guy did that and tore the flesh off his wang... yeah, shocking and hilarious
