Who's the meanest looking Digimon? I have several candidates:
MaloMyotismon (those jaws on his shoulders),
Apocalymon (has his own world attached),
Reapermon (strongest of the scariest).

Topic...

I would have to go with Gatomon for most bad ass, sure the Megas can scare you and sure the Lords of Digi Darkness can scare you, but true fear comes from those who you don't expect

Now an icy cold stare from Gatomon atop of her hypnotic skills makes her scary as hell! Imagine, she can just look at you and take hold of your mind, ultimately doing whatever she feels like, now if someone is there (say the happy mind of Epsilon) who knows how bad that can become?

uhh! that's a wonderful premise!!

I would say Lucemon Fall-Down/Chaos mode. He looks like a woman, what could be more freakish than a crossdresser?

Otherwise, it would be Beelzemon X, I could also say Lilithmon. Lilithmon was beautiful, yet- she had aomething about her that sent chills down the spinal column. Must be because she represented lust.

Gun: Super Daemon looks creepy! I like him- Beelzemon Blast mode as well- I liked his motorcycle- it rocked! Go Behemoth!

Raremon looks pretty intimidating... and just plain pretty... murrrrrr... and Gorgeous....

Omnimon - My own creation. A vaccine/virus type (yup, it's both)

It is 12ft tall
Weighs 8 ton
Black skin
ENOURMOUS eyes with no lids, electric yellow coloured (except when mad, turns red then black)
No mouth or nose
Long, faintly draconian limbs, with blue fur lines up each arm

Oh, and DON'T let it near any females (you get the picture)

Yet it's only a rookie... Oh man!
