Whee! It's audition time!

If only Suikoden II were available anywhere for less than $90 on eBay. I played it back in the day, and really liked it. I'm hunting for it now.

Anyway, to keep this on topic:

After quite a few tribulations in actually GETTING to Boston, my audition went about as well as it could have. I wasn't nervous and I don't think I could've sung any better. Whether I get in or not...well that remains to be seen. But at least I can be pleased that I sang well.

We'll see if I still have that philosophy if I get a letter that begins with "We regret to inform you..." instead of "we are pleased to offer you..."

I have another audition on Saturday, but the panel comes HERE to tape it. That's nice of them. I'm still on psycho "you're-coughing-get-the-fuck-away-from-me-I-can't-afford-to-get-sick" mode for the week. It's a fun/neurotic and slightly OCD kind of headspace to be in.

well senjuro all I could say is that I hope you really kick ass and show them how great you are in the I-don't-want-sick-coodies-affecting-vocal box-mode. I believe that you shouldn't be that worried and believe in the Daoist approach to life(lazy spelling) what ever happens happens and live life....

Good luck and I wish you a good second-on key-no imaginery accidentals-annoying ass mistakes-bad accoustics effecting echos- and really getting it on the first attempt when you blow them all away....

I could send it to you from here.....We're specialists at pirate copies. If you know a safe mail and pay for the sending, I could send it to you. The pirate copies costs 5 or 6 pesos (2 US dollars)

LOL, great. That's not psycho. Why one must catch some pest just because an ass is coughing close to you? Last year I caught flu cuz an asshole was swallowing his bogies at my side in a test, so I couldn't move.

Yeah...well I can just feel it brewing, and even a bucket full of vitamins couldn't ward it off. D'ah well. I got pneumonia last year around this time, when I found out I have a heart murmur too....exciting! Maybe my body is just longing for another delirious episode when I keep asking to be fed hand-towels...

You can also read some of the retarded e-mails I've received from people who claim to be professionals. I wouldn't advise going back too far in there, though. I was quite the sook back in the day!

I have another audition tomorrow, but it's here in my hometown. The dean of admissions at the Glenn Gould school is the father of one of our faculty, so MUN and the Glenn Gould school are on good terms. Maybe that'll work to my advantage! I doubt it'll involve nearly as much trouble as my Boston trip, but should anything really retarded happen, ie. the austrian psycho who's auditioning freaks the fuck out because she's a madwoman, I'll be sure to report it.
