I'm sure sales in other countries plays a small role in what gets produced. If something dosen't sell at all, it probably won't somewhere else. Though tastes also vary culturally of course.

Raramon-Rosemon would be ideal as a Shellformer. SunFlow/Lila could also work.
Mugen once suggested a Frontier-esque Former for Nanami/BioLotusmon. You basically remove Nanami
