Well depending where you live in the world, lolikon/lolicon and shota are perfectly legal or insanely illegal. I remember some site called ASACP having info on this, also about stories too.

Lolicon/Lolikon is drawn pictures/movies featuring underage girls, usually involving strong sexual activity. This can also include stories, I think. Shota is the same only dealing with boys in gay actions. Not4Chan for example is entirely a picture posting board with the above said material.
