Now they have the pictures of the Digimon! Agu has some gauntlets going, and Geogreymon is a bit beefed up. That Gaomon guy (2) look pretty cool (belongs to a rival?!?!). I'm not so impressed with the 3rd one yet, we'll see. and Pawn Chessmon look neat, and belongs to two policewoman?! What kind of series is this going to be!?

Maybe someday a guy who works for digimon will read some of the lemons on this site and turn them into a series. *notices the 'yeah right' expression on everyone's faces* I can dream T_T.

Is it just me or is the fact that there's going to be two heroes, a rival and policewoman sound a lot like pokemon? Ash, Gary and officers Jenny? I stopped watching that show years ago after a certain aspect got so damn repetitive it poisoned the whole experience for me although I clearly remember about the first show all the way up to Johto league. I really wish there was more information on this. Can anyone clarify what the actual plot will be or is it too early to know for sure?

Yeah, sure. I don't think it'd be as bad as pokemon. People may wave it off as a late rip off though. I'm still rather hopeful as things seem to unfold.

I found this about season 5 posted on TheDigiPort.
Masaru is the main character, and he's in the second grade of junior high (and apparently, he's never lost a fight). His father was a leading researcher of the Digital World, and now he's gone missing. DATS is a secret national organization calling themselves the Digital Special Investigation Corps (Digital Tokuso Tai?) that Agumon has run away from. He and Masaru meet up and so on. The last sentence is confusing me a bit, but I believe it says something along the lines of Masaru and Agumon and DATS are causing and solving problems, but the real truth of the matter hasn't yet been made clear... The protagonist, Masaru, is a second year Junior High student, and is undefeated in battle. Although his skills with personal computers and technology are lacking, his father (now missing) is the leading authority on "Digital World" research. He meets the Digital Monster Agumon, who has escaped from DATS (Digital Analysis and Testing Squad**), a secret government organization. Despite terrible first impressions, the two become best friends by talking with their "fists". With the other members of DATS, Masaru and Agumon work to investigate various incidents involving the Digital World and Digital Monsters, to try and get to the bottom of things... Sounds like an interesting plot doesn't it? Then again everything or anything can be changed in these early stages. I SO wish we had more info. |
