(Season 2) None of them would like me after a battle because I'm merciless in fights. Before a battle, I'd probably get along with everyone except Yolei (her dislike of Davis makes her annoying in my opinion), Kari (don't like how she strings Davis along), and TK (same reason with Kari). Davis's goofiness would annoy me, but he's the guy I'd probably get along with the best.

(Season 3) Really don't know how'd I get along with Takato and Henry, though Kenta, Kazu, and Suzie would really grind on my nerves (Kenta and Kazu because they act so stupid sometimes, and Suzie because she's naive, though I would be patient with her because she's only a child) I think Jeri's a sweet girl so I'd probably get along well with her, though I can guarrantee there wouldn't be any romance between us. With Rika, it would probably depend on her attitude. The way she is at first would probably push us apart because we'd be so much alike (cold, anti-social, etc) Don't know if it would change after she lightened up because I would still be the same, though she would probably be trying to change me.

(Season 4) Can't really say how I'd be with Takuya. I really, really wouldn't get along with JP because of his constant pining for Zoey. With Koji it would be the same as with Rika and with Tommy it would be the same as with Suzie. Zoey's cute but I don't have any real attraction to her, so we'd probably just be friends.

Wow. How did I miss this thread a year ago? Anyway... I think that like most of us, I'd get along with some of them and not with others. Assuming that we were all students in the same high school, I think it might play out a bit like this...

Hunter - The geeky introvert who hangs out with somewhat more social kids, but doesn't really get anything from it except a window to their lives. Yes, this was me in high school.

--- ADVENTURE ---

Taichi - Sports star. We may hang out in the same group, but he and I are on different wavelengths. He might accept me, but we aren't exactly close. Little more than acquaintances.

Yamato - Boy star. Extroverted and friendly, we'd probably get along on most things, except our tastes in music. Mostly because I'd probably say his tastes are too focused to really understand music as a whole.

Jyou - A nerd type, he's not the mst outgoing, but spends too much time studying for my tastes. This is because we learn in different ways and at different paces, which throws a schism between us as he would try to push me to apply myself and I'd try to get him to chill a little about the studying. Not necessarily "party time" chill, but "play some video games" chill.

Koushirou - A geek type, I think he and I would mesh well. Both into computers and technology, we might actually spend time hanging out and playing video games together, and maybe even lamenting our poor luck with the ladies, with such geek classic lines as, "I guess I just don't understand the ladies."

Takeru - A bit withdrawn about himself, but outgoing and friendly all the same. We'd probably be closer than me and Tai or Yamato, but not nearly the friendship of me and Koushirou, nor the rivalry of me and Jyou. We'd get along... reasonably well.

Daisuke - A bit like Taichi, a bit like Takeru, he'd probably be the closest thing to my antithesis among all the Digimon characters from every season... except MAYBE Masaru. A bit of a slacker, not concerned with showing off what he learned, more focused on athletics and chasing girls... Yeah, sort of my opposite there.

Iori - Strikes me as being the thoughtful type. Not especially outgoing but a threat if he should get really angry, on both the intellectual and the physical levels. We would probably get along pretty well, considering that his intellectualism is on a bit of a hodgepodge of topics, a bit like mine. Not a specialist in any, but knowledgeable about a few. So probably good intellectual rivals, and friends in a manner of speaking.

Sora - Atheletic and not a fool, she very easily reminds me of a girl I actually knew in school. Granted their athletic activities are different, but if there was one of these girls I would flat out have a crush on, it would probably be Sora, because she's smart enough without being a "brain" who worries more about learning than anything. We might get along, but after I asked her out the dynamic would change a bit... for better or worse, I can't say.

Mimi - Strikes me as a cheerleader type of person, and I found that I was never actually interested in any of the cheerleaders while I was in high school. As much as I do like her as a character for being strong-willed and independent, she ultimately still feels too materialistic for me to feel the way about her now that I did when I was 18. We would probably clash when we had to discuss anything.

Hikari - A tease. She's attractive but not hot, with more inner than outer beauty, in my mind. I imagine that if she was relatively true to what the series portrays we would get along reasonably well, even though I might not agree with how she behaves. I wouldn't be interested in dating her, though, so we'd just be friends.

Miyako - A brainy girl, she has the intellect of Koushirou, but it's matched by a libido that gets ignored because she's not as good looking as Mimi or Sora. We'd probably get along well in computer and intellectually oriented things, and she might be my first. Yeah, in that context, she might. But mostly I think we'd just be good friends, at least until that happened, if at all. ((- As much as I hope I would wait for the right girl, if Miyako [or any other girl I would be willing to date] was ready to go, I'm not sure I would say no to her. -))

--- TAMERS ---

Takato - Young at heart, creative, and a bit introverted, Takato would probably be the character I'd most aspire to be. I'd probably get along well with him, and we would double-team Digimon ideas, with me writing them while he draws. We would get along, and possibly be the two closest of the group because of our inner youth.

Jenrya - I'd probably also get along well with Jenrya, since we're both deep thinking and fairly patient. We would probably have some debates, but nothing seriously threatening to our friendship.

Ruki - I would try to get along with her, but I'm not sure if she would get along with me.

Hirokazu - He's the type of guy I'd want to punch in the face for talking down to his friends as if he was the best thing that ever happened to them. We might get along on the surface, but beneath it would be a sea of hostility.

Kenta - We might get along, but he seems pretty dedicated to Hirokazu as a friend, and he would probably try to stay neutral in the obvious conflict between us, or else side with Hirokazu.

Juri - A dilemma. Although I would probably be attracted to her -- she is cute and introverted -- I would also see her obvious attraction to Takato. If she were to come up to me, we might date, otherwise I think we'd get along well because of our mutual friend in Takato.

Shiuchon - I would NOT get along with her. I would try at first, but I think that if her character in the show is any indication, I would be hearing her as a fangirl crushing over fictional characters and she would... probably write slashfic just because she can. She'd be a kind of person who in spite of similar interests to me, I would find myself unable to get along with without both of us being silent.

Ryou - I might try, and he might try, but I think we'd end up butting heads too often for varying reasons to say we'd really get along well.

--- FRONTIER ---

Takuya - We might get along, but it would be in probably a similar way to how Takato or Yamato and I get along.

Kouji - I think we'd clash, but mostly because I think people would compare us to each other, when we're very little alike.

Izumi - We might get along because neither of us has a lot of friends, and we might date, at her initiative, even though that would make my other friend jealous...

Junpei - We'd probably get along from our common plight of being overweight, and we might even push each other to lose the excess weight. A common interest in Izumi might make us rivals, but I think that he and I would be mature enough to settle it without our fists.

Tomoki - We MIGHT get along, but I have a feeling he'd have more in common with Shiuchon than with me.

Kouichi - I really can't say. We wouldn't be close friends, but we might get along.

season 01:
I definately might have my troubles with Tai. He is acting in a way I don't agree with. Being myself more the silent and thoughtful type I could work better along with Yamato, Koushiro. Mimi is a bit too hyper for my taste and too much selfish somehow. Just my opinion. I would go along well with the others so far. Just trying to pull Joei more away from his books and tell him that life contains more wonderful things.
The Digimon: Gabumon's character is very close to my own. Pretty silent, shy, introvert but doing his job properly and caring.

season 02:
Daisuke: That would be war between me and him. He is far too acting stupid and the treatments of his friends isn't very well too. In my opinion the worst leader. Hikari and TK are still fine so far, good characters. Cody (Iori) would be good for some intelligent conversations of course, although he's young, he's smart. Hmm Miyako is an interesting girl though, intellectual, into computers, all in all a good person i'd go along well with.
The Digimon: Still Veemon is my favourite one, but I might claim him as my own one there *evil laughter*

Tamers:
Takato: Well, he is from all the leaders the one who is closest to the normal child. A friendly guy who'd be nice to deal with in my opinion.
Rika: Oh bad for those who mess up with her. Very energetic person, I might have problems with going along well with her. Jenrya is thoughtful and calm, a combination I can agree with. Kenta and Kazu are two I wouldn't care too much at them. One is the typical I-know-everything-better-kiddie and the other is the one who agrees with him on most points. WEll might end that there are some word fights here and there, since I hate if people make stupid comments all the time.
Juri is a very nice girl but she would match Takato better than me.
Ryo, well a chapter of his own. During the time in the Digiworld he thinks he is someone special and better than others. I don't like such arrogant behaviour to be honest so I would say he would be the one i clash with most of the time.
Digimon: Monodramon, he is just cute, I wish he would appear more often in his rookie form, a underrated mon in my point of view. Unlike Ryo a friendly and nice mon and good to hang out with.

Frontier:
*cough* Takuya *cough* the would be the season I would feel least comfortable. That's why i refuse to say much more here. Takuya is a moron and he'd be the one I would have problems with.

Savers:
Masaru as the leader reminds me a bit on Squall with the temper of Selphie. In other words, the longer hair a bit like squall, just with the weird thing in his hair with the acting of Selphie, and those who played FF8 knows how annoying she is. Well he is sort of a person who is lost on the boulevard of intelligence. He goes on the enemy with brave but without thinking on what can happen. I couldn't accept this guy as leader of the party.
Tohma the intellectual, arrogant jerk. That would be my first impression about him. The best thing on him is Gaomon, to tell the truth. Though I would pretty much ignore him.
Yoshino is a fine person in my books, too bad she seems to have the supporter role only. I'd like to see a girl who is in charge in the series, but meh, cannot have everything. She's the one who does the computer stuff and seems a good person to deal with.
Digimon: Gaomon, I would try to rid off his "Yes, master" comment. Apart from that he is my favourite one.

eh, i really didn't see enough of frontier to say anything one way or the other about any of them

masaru: well, i wouldn't of expected him to be somebody i could get along with, but after seeing an episode of savers subbed, i changed my mind, i think i could easily get along with him

tohma: as with the other intellectuals, i could get along with him, possibly more with him than the others, and even if i couldn't get along with him well, i would force myself to just so i could be around gaomon and if that was the situation, tohma's gaomon would suddenly end up missing, but i think i could really get along with him more than any other from the other seasons, but, he needs to lighten up a bit

yoshino: well, she wasn't majorly in the only savers ep i have seen, so i can't say much about her, seems to be a pretty nice person though, after all, she risked being kicked out of DATS to help the other two, we could be friends
