I'd volunteer to be a mod too. I'm on almost every day. I'd help with the Author's section or the Digimon Chat section. I won't spam anymore, I promise.


And I agree with Urban. The board seems to be going fine with the limited mods so far.

I also agree with others about this whole rant - if you don't like the DaD, then bugger off and spare us of your hindrance. Nobody's forcing you to stay here.

Well, I promise to stop spamming too. If you have a free spot, I'd be glad to help. I am here since a very long time and have some experiences with my own community, but the DAD is still important for me, especially it is my first board I ever joined and I care about it a lot.
Hmm I would do the Random Chat then if possible.

Wise, I think you would make a great mod is any section. There is, after all, no reason why someone need only be a Mod in one section, unless they request it so. THe only problem comes in the fact that people who want to lead are usually least suited to do it, while the ones who are best for the job want nothing to do with it (I would like to help update the site, but I never wanted to be a Mod -- so now I am a mod but not helping to update the site).

Stormy, the author's section has a capable and non-power-lusting mod, but I'm sure he wouldn't mind someone as backup. As a Mod, I thikn you might be able to do a good job.

Ancient Veemon, I just hope you're not accepting the whol Mod-nomination out of a feeling of duty based on your post-count--a high post count means little, if you say little of value within them. This is not to say that all or many of your posts have had little value to them, simply to say that the number of posts is unimportant. Look at me--I've been here since the beginning of this board, and my post count is not all that high.

Unknownh, I don't think being a mod should be based on the amount of trouble a section gets or doesn't get. In fact, I think it should be more of an honor to be entrusted with moderator status over an area that does get a lot of trouble, because it shsows faith in your skills.

Still, everybody, these are just my two cents to each of you, so that's something like my eight cents, give or take a couple. I will support the nominations of each of you for Moderator status, but perhaps not quite in the area you're wanting to be a Mod over.

Nope it had nothing to do with the post counts, coz I just wanted to help out, but it is ok. I made far too much mistakes in the past here, so it is ok, you think that way. I might have now that much posts but I meant it in a honest way this time.
Anyways I don't have any reasons to point at my post count. If you want feel free and delete all of them who was spam, I give a flying shit at it anymore.
Well, it's on Chibi and I just tried to offer my help here, but I know I cannot proof I meant it honest. If you need it as proof that I mean it honest, then delete this account here and I make a new one without the whole postings. I want to help, coz the DAD is the first forum I ever joined and I care about it, unlike others who pop up after one year and bitch at it.
I know the counts are worth nothing, and like I wrote before. I have now 2000 oh yeah, I made my thoughts and if you have noticed, I stopped spamming way before the mod discussion started. After all I came to the conclusion it doesn't make any sense.

And really, it has nothing to do with the fucking post counts. Somehow I wish I can rid them off now.

it's not just that it's just I could also find some stuff for people that want it I then to find things on the internet or the board plus if anyone want porn/hentai I can give them the stuff I have but I just think the links section would be good for me to mod kinda like how wise could mod the rants cause he's angry I could do links cause I happen to find stuff
