let me change my answer:
digimon, because we already know what humans look like naked, and the humanoid digimon, let's say leomon, panjemon, weregarurumonand a bunch of others, have a more interesting physique, and more irresistable bodies.
I dont get why female humanoid digimon like angewomon still look like normal humans, but I dont care- shes hot!

The humanoid digimon females like
angewomon/lady devimon/lillymon/fairymon/shutumon/sakuyamon/ranamon
look like human women in body type the same reason angemon or devimon does. One it reflects their design basis like an angel/devil or priestess. Plus it seems obvious enough that the coding of the digimon would work like that, they mimic the people who made them a lot of times. So in short it's just easier for them to look like humans as that's how they were made.

Were garurumon? A female wolf with a shirt and hair. Leomon? Female lion, with a shirt and smaller build. Flamedramon? I don't know, either the same just with female parts or the way one is in a fic I once read. I can't remember how it looked.
