Gravimon. What a bastard huh? At least now we have X7.
So to start with we get an awesome fight. But the odd thing is, even though Gravimon was blown up, nothing changed. All that's happened is Taiki getting a bad bump on his arm. And HiVison-Monitamon going to check out Gravimon's castle.
Fun fact: HiVison is Japanese for HD. That's what they call it.
Which they they did in a bush costume. And they already see this Wendigomon taking this cable somewhere that Gravimon grows back to normal. But of course, that's because you have to blow up his core. Which is good and bad. But when the human team hears this, the Monitamon is caught and they have to go save him. Which is so not good. Meanwhile, they start to discuss this and Kiriha laughs. Which is something to point out since he's the character he is. And he may have learned how to be the character he is in the team. Destroy every evil, fight Taiki afterwards.
Now we have a large 5 type army of Ground and Air troops. And how do you destroy it? You use the greatest Xros. Greatest Cutemon. Heh. See, that was a joke. And now, here's the wikimon for it so I don't have to write it out.

But! Just like a good game of chess, even X7 is a diversion. For Wendigo-Nene and Kiriha to save the Monitamon and destroy the core so they can beat Gravimon. But how do they deal with the enemies in the castle? Cyberdramon and Gaossmon. Those little T-rex heads on legs. Both Kiriha's. But, Wendigo-Nene saves the Monitamon and they go to the Core room.
As Taiki is blowing up Gravimon a few times I'm sure, G-Cutemon is hit too much and Cutemon hits his ejector seat. Which oddly has the body run after it. Oh, and the room? Just a bunch of treasure, not a core. Blast. Once he has more troops, Gravimon uses a DigiXros to turn into his Darkness Mode which is stronger/faster but, the rest of the group shows back up to help. Kiriha wants to lead the fight but he can't seem to hit anything. And then he and Xros 7 gets hit badly by an attack.
Gravimon snuck his core into Taiki's arm so they'd have to kill him to destroy Gravimon. But they can't do that so Kiriha surrenders and is about to be shot. Taiki then jumps in to save him which means Gravimon has to take the core out. Which was the plan since Xros 7 can now blow it up. And so, he's gone, Kiriha crushed his core, and we got a good shot of Mervamon boobage. Ha ha.
So, we have Nefertimon, and Nene and the Monitamon dressed in what I think is some festival attire. And the next ep has Apollomon. A good Death General? Maybe.
