Now onto the science side! X3 The scientific counterpart of the Saints are the "Administrators" of the Grand Council of Sentience:
Administrator of Neurology - The head of the department of Neuroscience, the Administrator of Neurology is an expert in this field, and has access to all the research, findings, experiments and technology that have to do with the psyche. This makes the Administrator of Neurology an expert psychologist, capable of bending the wills of others to his/her choosing with nothing more than a sharp wit and a deep understanding of the psyche, he/she can boost the morale of thousands, or talk someone into suicide. While the average life form has access to only 10% of their brains, and scientists have access to about 20% of their brains from cranial stimulation since childbirth, The Administrator of Neurology can access up to 50% of his/her brainpower, unlocking powerful psychic abilities, while at the same time, making his/her body "smarter" and more efficient. With the use of drugs and neural stimulation devices, the AoN can access a further 100% to 150% of their brain, though doing so is dangerous and can lead to brain damage.
Administrator of Genetics - As the head of the department of Bioscience and Genetic Engineering, the AoG is entitled to use anything this branch of science has produced, from genetic enhancements to one's body, a small squad of personally modified, clone bodyguards, and genetically engineered creatures that can be carried in little test tubes. They also specialize on on-site genetic engineering, allowing them to 'repair' injuries and preserve life. At the same time, they may also cause life to break down rapidly or mutate it, and produce many ways to tamper with bodies, from causing paralysis, to robbing the senses.
Administrator of Innovation - The head of the Inventions, Arms and Robotics department has access to the most advanced gadgets and weapons available from this branch, and has a number of robotic enhancements to his/her body that make him/her many times more powerful than an average scientist. Special computers in his/her brain allow him/her to process information at great speeds, rivaling that of the Administrator of Neurology.
Administrator of Alchemy - The head of the alchemy and chemical departments, the AoA is well versed with a variety of chemicals, poisons and gases. He/she possesses the knowledge of restructuring the molecular and atomic structure of a material into that of another material, though this does not affect organic compounds, it can affect the inorganic compounds within an organic compound. A lot of the AoA's abilities resemble magic, but in reality, he/she manages to do what he/she does with the aid of genetic and neural enhancements that allow him/her to harness his/her body's natural bio-electricity to access the energy generated by the rotation of the world and the slight shifts in the world's tectonic plates, as well as the ambient energy in the air, to move molecules and atoms around, taking them apart and putting them together as one pleases. It does not affect organic material because of the bio-electricity in other organic materials.
Administrator of Relativity - The head of the department of education, energy and and theory is a peculiar person as he/she are not firmly in touch with 'reality', and have a great knowledge of physics and a strong calculation ability. These aspects allow him/her to essentially 'warp' reality in a minor scale, rejecting things like ideas of physics and basic notions of reality and substituting it with his/her own. He/she is very intelligent, but also clinically insane. The reality warping usually takes the form of defying gravity, or generating various kinds of energy, like kinetic energy (making his/her strikes much more powerful than they should be) or solar energy. This even allows him/her to heal others or his/herself. The AoR however, risks shattering his/her mind completely by using too much of his/her thinking processes and ability.
The Five Administrators are the military programmers of "Chessmaster", the super computer that serves as the military leader of the science side, and they are also the directors of "Archive Corporation", the company that basically produces and runs everything in the science side. They are also scholars who teach scientists the basic aspects of their expertise, who can then mix and match what they have learned and develop their own experiments and technologies.
The types of Scientists are:
Genetic Experiment - An experimental life form or scientist that has been genetically enhanced for battle. From enhanced regeneration to additional biological weapons, the diversity of Genetic Experiment is near limitless.
Esper - A scientist who can use up to 25% or more of his/her brain, giving him/her psychic abilities. Higher percentages of brain activity allow one to have even more, unique powers, like optic lasers, or the ability to change one's density. One's psychic powers increase with one's willpower, concentration, and knowledge of physics.
Cyborg - A scientist who has been cybernetically enhanced for battle, or a robot who has been given sentience. Like the Genetic Experiment, the modifications to one's body in the form of weapons or attributes are near limitless.
Chemist - A scientist who specializes with chemicals. Always carries a portable lab, and many chemicals to experiment with to create various effects, from poisons and corrosive gases, to curative remedies, and serums that increase one's speed and strength. A Chemist is only limited by one's imagination, and the number of chemicals or catalysts one can carry.
Operator - A scientist who has been trained to operate, evaluate and if need be, repair a 'Dreadmech', a personalized robot, power armor, or vehicle of war. Armed to the teeth and possessing great durability, a Dreadmech (averaging 10-20 feet, depending on the design) is a mobile fortress. It's weakness is it's limited power source and it's high-energy usage.
Technician - A scientist and inventor who specializes in the usage and invention of new weapons, armor and gadgets, the majority of which would have been invented and personalized by one to fit one's needs.
Field Specialist - A "doctor of death", a scientist who gets up close and personal by attacking with quick, surgical strikes with small, bladed weapons and light firearms. They move very fast in their light uniforms and special enhancements. They are experts with the body and can kill or heal within moments of contact with their quick, dexterous hands. They also posses guns that generate a bio-electric signature that rapidly increases a cell's reproduction rate, speeding up the natural healing process of injured allies. With a few adjustments, the gun makes cells degenerate rapidly as well, causing rapid aging or even decay.
