I've thought about it, and Broken Sword 2 gets the prize. Practically all the game is a funny quote. I have some favorites:
George: What's that you're eating?
Guard: Beans. You know, a man can live on nothing but beans.
George: So what's the alternative?
Guard: Peas. I can't eat them too often, though. They play hell with my digestion.
George:...Have you considered a change in your diet?
Guard: What's wrong with beans and beer?!
George: You need to ask me? You're gathering enough gas here to fill a dirigible!
George: Tell me about your friend Lobineau...
Nico: Oh. We're pals. We meet at college, go out for lunch, that kind of thing. When you went back to the States, I was very lonely, you know.
George: Lonely?! You must have been desperate! Couldn't you, like, go to the zoo, or something?
George: What's that you're eating?
