RE: Books - The Reclaimer - 12-02-2008

I've talked to a couple people who have similar book tastes to me and they seem to enjoy them.

Also, the Barry Trotter books are an amazing parody series to Harry Potter.

I have the first three books by Stephenie Meyer, Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse. I haven't gotten to reading them yet.

I loved Harry Potter.

I SERIOUSLY love Rick Riordan's "Percy Jackson"

Philip Pullman's "Northern Lights" series was... sexy. Somewhat.

I love Darren Shan's "Demonata" series, and I have all seven of the books. I am waiting for the eighth book to come out on May. I'm going to read his "Curque du Freak" series soon.

I heard "Skulduggery Pleasant" was good. I'm going to buy a copy soon.

I've read four of Michael Gerber (and the Harvard Lasmpoon's) Books: Two "Barry Trotter" books, "Blarnia: The lying bitch in the wardrobe" and "Bored of the Rings". They are all rather hilarious parodies.

"The Truth About Chuck Norris" and "Chuck Norris VS Mr. T" are also favorites of mine.

Where The Red Fern Grows is possibly the best book I have ever read. The ending almost made me cry, though.

If you're a fan of Halo, the Halo series is a damn good set of books. (Except for The Flood, which is a piss poor adaptiation of the first game, and essentially a point by point game walkthrough) The new book, The Cole Protocol, just dropped and I wanna get my hands on it.

"The Art of Racing in the Rain" is a good book about a Dog named Enzo. It made me cry.

How about "Dharma Bums"? By Mr Jack Kerouac?

RE: Books - Ghostiemon - 12-04-2008

Read the barry trotters, they were good. I'm a big fan of terry pratchets novels, I got so into nation I read it in a few hours. I'm currently reaing spellsinger: The moment of the magician by alan dean foster. I'm a big sci-fi fan.

Chilton's Master Service Manual: 1966-1973

...yeah, my library is pretty boring.

RE: Books - Kundral - 12-04-2008

omg I just finished reading The Maze and it is a awsome book. You gotta read it.

RE: Books - Mai - 12-06-2008

Poorly done? I just finished reading Twilight, and it was actually pretty amazing. Like, for real.

Also, Harry Potter is awesome, as are the Redwall books.

The Dark Materials trilogy by Philip Pullman is really, really good, and i don't care whether it's a book or not, but you gotta read Nana. Seriously.
