:shock: The Tsukiyomi can only be used by someone who has the Mangekyou Sharingan!
The technique is Ryukka no Jutsu, the second strongest fire ninjutsu you breath a long blaze of fire at an opponent like a dragon. It's agile, fast, strong, and almost impossible to dodge.
Solution: Remind DMX that we're living in the 21st century and that black and white is dead.
Circumstance: YOU HAVE THE MANGEKYOU SHARINGAN! That could only mean... :shock:
