Flicker closed his eyes in concentration.

"Hey there Flamey! This is Flicker, I'll be going to help Ky somewhere for a while, okay? I promise I'll be back!"

"There-" Flicker opened his eyes again.

"Be careful, Bwother! I love you!" is Flamey's reply.

"He went to help Ky with something, Mar. He'll be back!"

"Alright then. I think I know where to look first. Let's go!" Ky picks Flicker up gently and runs over to Dei's old base, using full agility and speed.

"-Woah!" Flicker said as Ky picked him up. "-Okay!

Ky stops in front of a huge tree. "It's here."

Flicker's eyes lit up. "-Yeah- I can see the foot prints- and the heat-" Flicker said.

Ky suddenly hears a loud crash. "No... Day-to-Dei!" The tree opens, and he jumps in with Flicker. He sees the flashing knives and the falling rocks and debris.

"Cronos, NO!!"

Suddenly, the knives, rocks, debris-

Disappear.

The closes again, leaving cronos inside.

"-Well Well Well... Isn't it the weakling and the guy who fought Vermilion." Said a voice behind them.

Flicker turned around- and leaning against a tree- was Regis.
