Gatomon kept blushing deep but eventually her tail started to swish faster behind her. She surely got caught off guard with that proposal to be his date on that important festival. She kept in silence for a minute of two but after that she slowly nods and speaks in low tone.

Kurtz stopped, and so did Erika when they heard the huge dragon roaring in pain. Turning around, they saw the giant, covering his face which was steaming in burn marks.
Seconds later, a tabby yellow-furred cat slid back across the ground towards Erika and Kurtz. "Lightspeed, reporting for duty."
Kurtz's seemingly painful eyes changed to that of ones of joy. "Manic!"

Patamon blinked. did she just said yes? he blushed and then smiled and hugged her closer, he didn't cared if everyone was watching them, he was so happy she accepted his proposal that nothing else mattered for him. "Thanks Gato, this will be really great" he said with a smile as he still was blushing a bit
TK turned to see Patamon and Gatomon and smiled. "Seems Pata got his date after all" he said with a small chuckle as he then turned at Yoosei. "Don't worry, you will learn what you need to learn all you need to learn with time" he said still smiling

Gatomon kept blushing but not as darkly as before and slowly turns her head just to look back at Patamon again. She even purred softly as she felt him hugging her closer, and she slowly embraces him as well, her tail still swishing frantically behind her.

TK smiled softly at Yoosei. "I know is hard to wait but sometimes we don't have much option" he said as he glanced at Patamon and Gatomon and chuckled. "good for you Pata, glad you got your date with Gatomon" he thought as he was smiling.
Patamon smiled seeing Gatomon happy. "and where is Kari? I thought she was here, and Yolei too for that matter" he said as he noticed that they weren't around.

Patamon gently made Gatomon calm down and look at his eyes. "Gatomon calm down, I'll help you to search her, she must be with Yolei talking about the festival and searching the others, let's go together to search her" he said trying to calm her
TK smiled at Yoosei. "likewise Yoosei, that's a really good name" he said with a smile

"Come on, a Buster Shot would'a been able to deal with this like ten minutes ago." Manic cursed quickly, before aiming up, and, gulping, he fired a huge blue sphere of eletric energy into the dragon's face, making him roar and completely evaporate into data.
There wasn't much coming out of Kurtz's mouth, despite a quite quick amused huff. "So?"
"Right, you two... don't get into a fight now..." Erika sweat-dropped, hoping the pair would not do their usual antics of fighting whenever seeing one another.
