Well excuse the spam, of a somewhat interesting on topic sense, but this is what should take place
1 they have been warned
2 give ample time
3 allow them to post or if not to end there own account
4 warn them again
5 give them a little bit more time
6 ........delete and remove.......
7 If they do return I think wolfey or any improtant person on this forum can reinstate them to there once was status.....

So there should be no problems with removing them at all.....Just do it cause its hoggin some bandwidth.... They had there warning I think its time to implement the proper cause of action....
