Has anyone ever tried the electronic cig to help them quit smoking? I really need to quit because I just don't have the money for it anymore. I've tried many times but i'm so damned addicted I guess. Also, my wife will be quitting with me. (Making her lol) So, if anyone has any info on that thing, please let me know if it's worth it or not!
Another alternative method to quit smoking would be munching on carrot and raddish sticks, I heard that from a health awareness segment in television. E-Cigars seem to be expensive.
And, personally I myself never smoked.

Shit, for that price I can buy a whole carton of cigarettes! If they really want people to quit, they would make the stop smoking stuff cheaper than the cigarettes themselves.

Good for you for quitting! My grandpa and my sister's boyfriend both quit smoking. I never smoked, but I did quit biting my nails, which was a life-long compulsive habit. The trick in both cases is being willful and ignoring that voice in your head that says you need to do it.
i heard that eating some form of grilled or smoked food helps. also that slapping yourself does too.
