"Thanks," said Mar to the elven woman, "Few encounters with elves have always turned bad to me, so I'm glad that beside gorgeous you're also helpful," he smiled, getting back up to his feet, shaking his energy-renewed arms. "'kay, we should hurry before... Huh? Look, it's Nera! She's joining us for battle isn't she?" he grinned. "Let's go!"

He set off running to catch up with the elder human dragoness.

The pillar of energy slowly began dissipating and in its place an humanoid figure resembling a samurai with grey clothes and skin stood there, surveying his surroundings. "My liutenants, defeated. The human world has become stronger since my last visit..." the tall demon mused.

A white paw stepped not too far away from the lord.
"You're welcome," Alexis smiled a little towards Mar, though she couldn't help but feel uncomfortable about his comment about bad encounters with elves. So many stupid race wars...hopefully more of my kind will come out to fight these demons. She then followed them to where the samurai demon stepped forth, the elf a bit confused. "Hmmm, a rather unusual shape. Most demons I've encountered are impish or like hellspawn in appearance. I assumed they loathed human-like forms." She readied her morning star, figuring that his appearance wasn't the only extraordinary thing about him.
"And they say there's no kindness among mortal enemies anymore," Katt grinned as she kept pace with Nera, her feet hardly making a sound as she ran swiftly along the ground.

***********

Shadow glanced up towards the pillar of light, "I'm still new to the whole demonic arrival thing. Is that normal?" he joked.
Nera grinned at the rest of the party as they joined her and Katt, just like the proud warrior she used to be when she was younger. They looked good, no heavy injuries, no demonic possession and no disfiguring mutations... As expected of a group consisting of Mar and his equally rowdy friends. It would've been more fitting to have been worried about the demons instead.

Her smile vanished when the demon lord appeared. "Oh." Was all she could say. This nasty piece of work had been to the human world before. It wasn't pretty.

The grey demon put a hand on his round hat and then tipped it back, holding his hand next to his sheathed katana. Its body was humanoid thanks to it being such a high class demon, the ego of the creature having been born of a mixture of negative emotions from scurrying tainted souls deep within the abyss.

Having battled countless foes in the past, the demon lord had made a name for himself with power that exceeded that of even a dozen liutenants put together.

The white footpaws stepped boldly in the direction of the monster, Prisma looked fine now despite the massive amounts of dark energies that had just been released thanks to the apparition of the Boss. She frowned in disgust, narrowing her eyes as she snarled: "Belial, Prince to Hell... Our order has been searching for your wretched soul for centuries."

The one named Belial threw his head back as if emptily staring at the dark skies, "A priestess? No, you say your order has been on the hunt. A Devil Tamer agent, I presume?" he somberly said. Prisma seemed to grip her large staff Pristina tighter, her fangs bared as she growled.

That's when the others came into view to the scene. Mar skid to a halt as he watched Prisma directly facing off against Belial, "She's gonna take on him... alone?" he asked nobody in particular.
"Jeez, I hope not." Ereth added, blinking a bit as he stared at the two figures, gulping slightly. "I'd say we should step in but...I think it'd be best to wait until one of them makes a move..." he added, remembering how the dragoness had acted before.
"Yes, we'll just wait here until the super-sized samurai stomps her into putty, fantastic plan." After her sarcastic quip and a roll of the eyes, Alexis started to charge some holy magic in her morning star, reading a blast for the demon once he was distracted by Prisma.
"Why should we let her have all the fun?" Shadow asked as he drew his own katana and jumped forward towards the priestess, "Now who said you could start the fight without us hmm?"
Nera flipped her hair away from her face with a hand and rubbed her forehead. "Why must someone always rush into battle on impulse like that?" She sighed traced her fingers along the edge of the blade of her hybrid weapon, causing it to glow red hot.
OOC: Crimson, didn't the morning star break during the confrontation with the Imp Liutenant? XP

IC:

Mar watched on as Prisma faced off with the demon, telling Nera: "She's a demon huntress, I think. Helped us beat one of the Liutenants and finished one all by herself... She's strong, Nera."

Prisma groaned as Shadow stepped beside her, "I said to stay clear of my path. ...Your assistance earlier is welcome, but if you end up struck by my magic... You'll only have yourself to blame," she snorted.

One of Belial's eyebrows raised, "Reinforcements?" he worded, making Prisma cringe, "I don't ever remember a Devil Tamer fighting in tandem with another. Is this what you are now?"

Prisma growled at the taunt, her pride hurt.

"Nngh... we can't be too many fighting that demon. We might end up hurting each other in this enclosed space," said Mar as he kept a tight grip on his bronze swallow.

OOC: The party to fight Belial should only contain 5 members~ Prisma will be needed and she'll act as a Party Member regardless of her wishes.

Shadow stepped forwards, so that's two.

Alexis, Ereth, Katt and Nera should decide if to fight or if to support~ Only two spots left.
