I am in need of Arist to draw some characters for me as I am writing a story and I need some pitures with it.

You get what you pay for, sadly, and if you're looking for free, you won't find much. My suggestion is to get an FA account(it's free), get onto their forums, and try to find a free artist there.
Incidently, what sort of characters were you looking to have drawn? Like, Anime style, Furries, Digimon, Pokemon?

Saiyu is a very good artist. He might do some commissions for free. I am not sure though.

i´m just now working on some pics for an exhibition in our city libary so it would take about a week and i also need to draw a feralzen pic too first (promised that some time ago ^^")
