Say I wanted to use a fan-made Digimon in my stories, would I have to do something first, or just go straight into writing it? I'm trying to avoid stuff like copyright and plagerism here, that's why I'm asking.
It depends on the fan-made digimon's nature. If YOU created it, then by all means, write. Since it's just that, fan-fiction.

If, however, you've decided to write about someone else's fan-made digimon, it's only common courtesy to ask for the creator's permission before using those characters.
Okay...new question, what if I don't know who created what? How do I go about finding that out?
Ask around here. Saying the name would work. Oh, and if it's AquaVeemon/AquaRivamon, the creator is Marika, although I don't know any means to contact 'em. They probably don't mind though, since there's so many people using her already.
'Tis all I needed to hear. Thanks.
Knew it! Everybody likes the lil' water dragon chick.
Of course! Who doesn't? This Marika person made her hot, sexy, horny, uh, reptilian, everything! I just thought she'd be a nice addition to my series. All I needed to do was get the green light.
Boobs make a great addition to everything, go girls! <3
Dark: Deffenly when they are around a nice, thick meaty cock. *laughs a bit*

There's goes Dark again, thinking with his cock.
