Ok, I was playing a soccer game and went for a great kick when i slipped (after hitting the ball into the goal.) and sprained my wrist. damn this thing hurts. anyways i just wrote this 'cus i really have no life and wanted to brag that i got hurt with style.
Way to go! The fact that you scored a goal while hurting your wrist will make all the difference to your injury.
I think I got hurt with style once. Well, if going down a 15-foot Roll-in on skates, then flying up about six feet in the air and body slamming onto a flat, wooden surface is "with style".
I jumped off a car towards a basketball hoop. Snapped my ankle like a twig. I'm still amazed I survived my childhood.
Shadow, was that the leg that's now short of being replaced by Robocop's? o_O
Oh, and I remember when I was a kid. It was sort of fun, I tried jumping after skidding on a slide instead of sliding while sitting down on it, like most people did. The park there had those large truck tires as swings, and I went flying at it. Thought I'd go through it like in the TV and harmlessly land on the ground.
Uhm. Turns out gravity decided I should land face-first on the sand after bumping my nose onto the swing. When I tried standing up and tire came back and knocked me back on the ground. If anybody would've filmed that I would still be laughing.
Didn't really get badly hurt, but yeah. Kids, don't try stuff that happens on TV.
Ouch. I dont know why but hearing about other people's pain makes me feel better.

Been so long I can't even remember which leg it was, breaking that leg's a funny story though. I actually snapped my femur, yeah the femur, kicking an empty soda can. And as I'm lying on the ground screaming in pain my mom says, and I quote, 'Walk it off' lol she felt horrible about it after the x-rays showed the break. And if anyone's curious it was a cancerous growth in the bone that made it break that easily.
An empty can, of all things? I'm sure it had to be the motion of the kick that triggered that rapture... right? <.< I mean, the kickback recoil from an empty can can't break any bones! Unless you had filled that empty can with sand until the bream or something heavy, maybe.
Ok if you were any one else I would call you a sissy. I'm not going to 'cus there's a x-mas special on and im to busy hating that to insult someone. I dont hate x-mas, just the specials.
Smart move havok, *Puts away his rabid chipmunk launcher* and yeah it was definately the force from the kick, no one cemented the can to the floor as far as I know.
