Shift to MSN. Yahoo sometimes turns gay on me when I'm chatting with people and I'm using MSN. Then again, if you're gonna still chat with people from YIM, stick with it, because of the very same reason.

MSn has lots of problems with me tyring to use various features on it, such as voice chat, and video chat. Whenever I activate them, EVERY chat window for MSN freezes for like 5-10 seconds, then it either activate,s or MSN crashes.
Yahoo does not give me any problems at all. and if there are any problems, they are easily fixed. IMO stick with yahoo as your primary, and use MSn only for those that do not have yahoo.

I say MSN. Its reliable then Yahoo seeing that Yahoo does have its limits for what things you want to do.

I once used MSN but when my reason for using it stopped, I dropped it and now I use Yahoo. Because it was a present for the reason I use it for.

MSN does have it's problems, yes. But honestly, what doesn't have it's problems? I haven't had many problems at all using it, only the odd time where I can't do things (Either because I wanted to play games, and the other person's computer is too shit), or something else.
But since WLM 9 came out I've been enjoying the animated avatars we can have, and a few other nifty things. Windows Live Messenger Plus too also adds to the experience. Plus, you can talk to your yahoo friends apparently as well using WLM... don't know if you can do that to your MSN buddies from Yahoo.
Yahoo, haven't tried it long enough. But I don't believe it has all the nice features that keep me using MSN.

MSN all the way.... I used Yahoo a long time ago, yet a few things turned me off it. Like the fact it had an annoying sound that exploded up when it opened (Don't know if this sound still exists in the program)
