I am stuck. On a schedual. Daily. You see we have 26 dogs. A good handful have bad mange. We are doing are damn hardest to help them heal better. But i have been getting tired lately. For exsample. We gate off our dogs into seperate sections. I am having to step over the gates. Well today i tried and i kept falling over. I felt weaker. I am having problems bending over. Some troubles waking up in the morning. But i am never fully awake. Rings around my eyes. This is my daily schedual.

7:00am get up

9:00am let puppys out to run and medicate them

12:30 put puppys back in pin.

1:15. Rotate. Meaning let the big dogs out.

3:30 2nd run

4:00 put dogs up for nap time

7:00 release doggies again. (Rotation)

9:00 Bed.

Thats the days i am off. I get a break between rotations so it isnt so bad but this is the worst part. school

7:00 get up and get dressed and let dogs out.

7:30 leave for school

3:30 Come home from school

(Continues normal)

I am getting tired. I feel dead. I feel like shit. Any tips? Also i dont want to head "Change the schedual" I mean advise for not feeling so tired and week. I am used to the time setting just not my body. idk.
More vitamins in your diet. And coffee. Lots and lots of coffee.

My job made me feel like that, first week I was there. So I altered my diet to increase my output. I take:

-multivitamin

-Potassium(for a bad heart)

-non-odorous garlic(also for a bad heart)

-"Super" B-Vitamin complex(for increased energy

-Glucosamine & Chondroitin(for my knees and ankles, which always hurt. And I have a family history of bad backs.)

-Echinicea(dunno how to spell it. >_<) Goldenseal root(for my immune system. I'm surrounded by retards that won't go home when they're sick. I don't want anything they have.)


It's pretty much trial and error, but look into the vitamins you take. They can really help give you the much-needed boost in energy to keep you from saying fuckit and going to bed. And coffee. Drink a cup(when you can) every 4-6 hours, to allow the absorption of the Caffeine. Coffee not your thing? Try energy drinks, or even those little 5-hour energy shots. They really do work.
No, energy drinks/shots, and coffee are not good supplements, not when you clearly have a body that is not healthy.

With all that exercise you get playing with dogs I would say you should be fairly active and therefore, not too bad out of shape. That is, if you're working with the dogs while they are out, so if you are, that's good.

So Cowboy bringing up diet is excellent. A person who has regular exercise and is actually sleeping 9pm-7am, should have minimal issues of being tired. So either your diet is shit (which needs to be corrected), or you have an actual medical issue that should be evaluated. There are medical conditions that can be serious with these symptoms, so go see a doctor.

Oh, and this is all assuming you have time for yourself in that schedule, you are on here plenty and talk about your gaming so I assume you get adequate of "you time". If not, that needs to be corrected as well.
I am assuming that you love dogs, that you take in rescued dogs and care for them, that you naturally have certain health issues, and damn you got school and probably some beef with immature little brats as well.

I would recommend trying to drink Black Tea in the morning (to wake you up, get your blood sugars going and pump your heart) and Chamomile Tea thirty minutes before you go to bed as it is great for knocking you out and keeping you down until first light. At Costco's they got this vitamin complex that is supposed to provide essential nutrients your brain needs to function that most foods are lacking (this one boosts your memory, makes you more aware, and reduces what I call 'brain drag' and that is when I can think but my body does not like to listen to me).

Okay to the one that says i am not fit. Dude i am fit. I am TIRED. Today man fuck i am filled with energy! Dont know why but i feel great today!!! But aside from that caffeine doesnt have an effect on me. I am on vitamins (Just forget to take them now and again) Yeah....
Well, take them. They help a lot. Trust me. When you're doing that along with a full-time job, then you'll know what tired really is.

I have a technical full time job. Manage 26 fucking dogs! thats a job and a half. I rather work for money than work for shit. though then again i am working for they're lives. So in all fairness it does pay.
Get rid of some of the dogs. I recommend starting with the unhealthy ones. In doing so, you'll be healthier.

They have mange dude. No one will take em in. No one would care for them. I am helping try for there lives. My god is that hard to understand?
