As I already said, White day is the day you'll do everything somehow related to the white. Like, wear clothes or dye your food white with bleach if you're hardcore. But mostly, it's just an excuse to give lots of candy to ones you like. But the candy must be white, no other colors! Not even grayish, it has to be white. White chocolate is good choice, so that's why I recommend it.
