Sounds to me like the kid got caught watching porn, and his parents were dumb enough to believe his story. All they had to do was change it up, and make it sound like he was "responsible" by going straight to them to tell them about it, rather than being caught.
Well, that is more likely than that game having porn on it, hard or soft.

Or here's another, I think, possible reason. It could have been a returned game and was just repackaged and sold as "brand new" anyways.
No wait.... that's a bit unlikely since any "good and reputable" store and workers, I'd assume, would look at the DVD(or whatever) at least once.
I'm calling BS, most likely it's the kid got caught and tried to get out of it thing that was mentioned above.
I mean the chance that Porn of all things get mixed into a new video game case is kinda too coincidental.
