Company Directors earning 6 figures, we (normal clerk) earning less than 3k. Why?
What are the job functions of a company director? Why company provides them BMW, free golf membership, free...
We (normal clerk) also working hard. Why are we earning so low?
I don't mean I want BMW or bungalow. I just wish my salary is enough to pay house and car installment, insurance, food and bills.

You just got to work your way to the top. Most company directors are over fifty.

i know my position is very low. but low level workers should be treated as human too.
ask us do a lot of jobs (more jobs than company director?) pay us so little. :shock:
Well a director probably handles all the tasks of the people below him, I'm sure it's a difficult job. They probably have to take care of all the problems that affect the workers below them, I.E. you.
Or it's a really easy job and they don't do shit.
Simple fact about our society: hard work is hardly ever rewarded. Sad but true, people who kiss ass to the right guy, who has the hero worship ego, get that guys backing and most likely jumps up the ladder.
And the even more sad part, there are people who work to teach and better the next generations, that get little pay compared to celebrities who get paid astronomical amounts of money. Yeah celebrites can do good for people, but their jobs certainly don't further the future of the world, not for what they get paid.
The Company Director could actually work really hard, but as I said above, its possible that its not that hard of a job. Depends where you are I guess.
You probably could make more, look around, maybe somewhere else you can.

Yeah man, I'm one of the hard workers, and because I bust my ass so much and get nothing back now I'm like "Screw it, no one else works, why should I?"
I agree with Reclaimer and Waru, society needs major reform. Hard work is not paid for, so people just dont work to do better, they do the bare minimum to get by. (Note: This is a genralization of a mojoity and is not meant to be a "blanket statement") The result: society starts to fall apart at the seams and we end up back were humanity started, and the cycle repeats.
