WoW released the 1.11.0 patch today... and the average wait time for others is 5 HOURS!!!!!!!!! not only that but they took down the test realms so i cant even play them... now to be bored for the next 5 hours...
Sorry to hear that I hope you can find a friend who can make the patch on a disc and can send it to you.....Good luck with that....

Hmm thats odd the patch only took 20 minutes for me... go figure... anyway.. let me know your names so we can play sometime! :D and actually the patch is terrible.... you will know why when you play it
