Yes, I saw a site (I can't remember where) that showed all of the real-life locations from Digimon Tamers. It had the park where Guilmon lived too.

They could probably even find Guilmon's shed if it was ever real in the first place. The designers walked through the sections of Tokyo they were contemplating putting in the series.
